Quality
Since 2018, we have been implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in the operation of our data center. Since 2019, our data center and services have been assessed as compliant with the ISO 27001:2013 information security and availability standard. We continue to implement and certify the PCI DSS standard. The management of the data center and critical processes are automated.

Security
The FBI-certified access system includes fingerprint, finger vein, and facial recognition.
With the help of various sensors, we monitor that only authorized personnel move within the permitted perimeter. The equipment cabinets are equipped with biometric locks and various monitoring sensors. All activities and processes in the data center are logged.
The entire area is covered by an automatic but safe gas fire suppression system for humans and servers. The server room consists of several interlocking rooms with triple walls, waterproof floors and ceilings. The data center is shielded with metal plates.

Climate control
We use a redundantly designed Schneider cooling system for the server room. During cold periods, the circulating water in the system is cooled by the outside temperature.
Efficiency is added by the Schneider APC modular system. This means that all cabinets are located in closed cold air corridors, from which the server cabinets draw in cold air. The warm air moves to the back of the cabinet and then into the warm air corridor and out of the room for re-cooling.

Reliable equipment
The device park consisting solely of Schneider Electric/APC technology is unique in Estonia. In addition to high-quality equipment, the Schneider system comes with a special duplicated software management platform. The server center can be managed even from a smartphone. A smart monitoring robot reports possible problems by phone and audio system. The software is capable of visualizing a 3D map of the data center, which, in turn, allows for simulations of the center's work using the what-if method.

Uninterruptible Power
To ensure continuous access to data, the power supply is connected to two different substations. In the event of a fault in one substation, the data center automatically switches to the other substation. In case of a fault in both substations, a generator starts. Schneider Galaxy UPS units with a backup time of 20 minutes are located in the electrical rooms.
All server cabinets are equipped with two Schneider/APC intelligent power supplies, which receive power from different power rooms. In some cabinets, power switches are used to provide guaranteed power to devices equipped with only one power supply, thanks to two inputs.
Hosting and private server customers can monitor their power consumption and manage their power supply in the self-service portal.

Unrivaled data connectivity capability
Three different fiber optic cables with multiple fiber pairs, each with a communication capacity of 100 Gbit/s, run from the data center to Estonia's important communication centers. If necessary, we offer transmission, optical fibers, or CWDM/DWDM connections. It is also possible to use the services of other operators.
There are four Cisco Nexus 9300 series Data Center switches in the data center with a capacity of 2.5-5 TBit/s, connected to a 100 Gbit/s core network. The Fabric expansion modules with a speed of 10 Gbit are located in the equipment cabinets and are in turn connected to a 40-100 Gbit/s base network. We offer speeds of 1/10/40/100 Gbit/s.
The powerful Cisco ASR 9902 core network routers that complement each other are located in different data centers and are also connected to various transit partners' different submarine cables for traffic outside Estonia. Traffic flows through two core network routers at a time.
Each router is also connected to the 100 Gbit/s Arelion (ex Telia Carrier) and 40 Gbit/s Citic Telecom external connections, as well as the 40 Gbit/s interfaces with the RTIX internet access point for domestic traffic. Thanks to the diversity of upstream operators, we can provide the best quality of communication with the world's internet networks.
From 2023, our network will be protected against DDoS and other congestion attacks, which automatically detects and filters out unwanted and dangerous traffic, stops attacks, and allows servers to continue operating normally.
Our network traffic does not interrupt because clients' network switches use the Cisco GLBP protocol, which also performs network traffic balancing.
We also provide BGP sessions, our AS numbers, IP address space, and routings. You can check the routing quality in our Looking Glass application.
